Beautiful beads but didn't get a glow in the dark bead

The beads were beautiful, just as described on the website, but the "glow in the dark" beads are not glowing in the dark, which was exactly why I got them. They are just normal white beads.

Regarding the glow-in-the-dark effect: the special beads first need to be exposed to daylight or another light source in order to glow in the dark. After being “charged” like this, they will softly glow for a while in darkness, but they will not keep glowing permanently without light exposure.
